Don and Roci searched all over Lancaster County hoping to find the high-quality dining furniture. They could not find the furniture quality that matched their expectations. While touring Lancaster County, Don picked up a Discover Lancaster tourist book. One furniture store description caught their eye.

The travel to George’s through the fields and rolling hills of Lancaster County, enhanced the experience. However using a map or GPS sure is helpful. Some wonder whether there is anything out in the cornfields away from the main tourist area of Lancaster. Sure enough they followed small signs stating;

Warm Welcome
Georges greeted Don and Roci warmly and began their journey by ordering a oak split pedestal extension table, 2 leaves, 4 side chairs and 2 arm chairs in 2002. Later in 2020 they ordered more table leaves and a lateral legal filing cabinet. At the craft show in Chantilly, VA, a vanity bench found its way home to join the other furniture made by George’s.

Don and Roci keep showing up at our craft shows and love talking about their furniture. How durable the furniture is and the joyful conversations of guests around their extension table. The wonderful experience meeting George and relating to Chris and Juanita.
